Réseau Cinéma CH

As part of the two Master programmes offered by the Réseau Cinéma CH consortium, the Institute organises a course in Film Economics (120 teaching hours, 15 ECTS) that consists of two intensive weeks of lectures held at USI and a third week held at the University of Zurich. The course provides an analysis of how the film industry works, the markets in which the film product is distributed, and the professions involved in the various stages of the film life cycle. Particular attention is paid to the political and socio-cultural context in which the film is produced, marketed and consumed.
